Hours

Office hours are 8:30 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Monday through Friday. Appointments can be scheduled anytime after 8:30 A.M. with the latest appointment time being 4:00 P.M.

The office is closed on court holidays which generally are:

-New Year's Day

-Martin Luther King Jr.'s Birthday

-Lincoln's Birthday

-Washington's Birthday

-Good Friday

-Memorial Day

-Fourth of July

-Labor Day

-Columbus Day

-Veterans Day

-Thanksgiving Day

-Christmas Day

Fee Policy

Most types of cases require a retainer to be paid in full prior to representation which is set by the attorney depending upon the nature of the case and work involved. Cases are billed at an hourly rate for time expended. Some cases, such as traffic matters, are set at a flat fee to be determined by the attorney.

There are no free office or phone consultations with the exception of personal injury cases, which are on a contingency fee basis and attorney fees are only collected upon a settlement. All clients are required to execute an attorney/client agreement upon representation.

Client matters are sensitive and all legal matters handled by the office are strictly confidential and will not be divulged.
